The source added that marijuana is prevalent in the league, but lean, a drink mixed with liquid Codeine cough syrup and soda, is the most popular drug amongst players. One player revealed that the drug was used during the most recent NBA playoffs. He also estimated that around 30% of players use hard drugs like Ecstacy, Molly, and Lean at some point in the season, but cocaine is unheard of amongst players.
