Bon Appetit's Chicago Gourmet has announced it's bringing in renowned. Michelin-starred chefs from around the globe, pairing them with some of Chicago's most notable chefs, for its Grand Cru tasting event in September
Grand Cru is a VIP event at Chicago Gourmet September 28 and 29 from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Harris Theatre Rooftop.
This year 10 chefs, five of whom carry Michelin Stars, will be paired with a Chicago-based, Michelin-starred counterpart to host throughout the weekend and to present a side-by-side tasting at the Grand Cru.
