Public Enemy release the special project album “Rebirth Of A Nation” on Paris’ Guerrilla Funk Records, on this day in 2006.
The album was written and produced by legendary Bay Area MC Paris, who also gets a special feature credit alongside Public Enemy on the album cover. The album whose title is a play on the 1915 white supremacist film “The Birth Of A Nation” also featured P.E.’s Professor Griff, MC Ren, formerly of NWA, former P.E. member Sister Souljah, dead prez, Kam, Immortal Technique and The Conscious Daughters.
