STREAMWOOD HIGH SCHOOL ON "HOLD IN PLACE" AFTER FIGHT

Streamwood High School students are being held in their classroom after an altercation, officials said.

The school is on a "hold in place," officials said. Authorities from several jurisdictions responded.

Officials have not said what led to the altercation or how many people were involved, saying only "several students" were part of it.
