A person police sought after two girls were touched inappropriately on a Red Line train within a few minutes of each other last month has been taken into custody, and a community alert is canceled, authorities said this morning. A 17-year-old boy was taken into custody Thursday and cited in a juvenile delinquency petition with three misdemeanor counts of battery, police said in a release. Since he is a juvenile, his name and booking photo are not being released, police said. No additional information was included in the release.
