2 BODIES FOUND IN TRUNK OF CAR MAY BE FROM RAP CREW IM ON ENT

Two men were discovered dead inside a car this afternoon on the South Side in the city's West Englewood neighborhood. About 3:20 p.m., officers were conducting a well-being check on the 7100 block of South Oakley Avenue and discovered two bodies, one in a back seat and one inside of a trunk of a car, said Police News Affairs Officer Dan O'Brien, citing preliminary information. The two victims were adults, but additional information about their identifications was not available. As of about 5:30 p.m., personnel from the Cook County medical examiner's office were on the scene. Area Central Detectives were heading up the investigation. At the scene, more than 50 onlookers watched as police examined a two-door, white Chevrolet Camaro parked in front of a home on the east side of Oakley. Residents said the car had been parked a block north earlier in the week, but may have been towed onto the 7100 block because of street work. A city database of relocations in the last week did not show the car as having been towed or relocated, however. It happened in West Englewood. Family and friends have identified one of the victims as Antwain Price, a man with a fiancĂ©e, 15-month-old child and whose death is shrouded in mystery. His body was discovered near 71st and South Oakley around 3:20 p.m. inside a white Camaro – with the remains of another man. One was found in the trunk. The other in the backseat of the car.Sources tell CBS 2 at least one of the men appeared to be restrained – tied up in some manner.
