Shortly thereafter, Giuseppe Anelli, of Addison, Ill., learned he had won $1 million. Anelli, who purchased the ticket at a Citgo at 1740 W. Army Trail Rd. in Addison, plans to use the money to pay off the house he and his wife own and to invest toward college for their three children, the Chicago Sun-Times reports. The Addison gas station also received a bonus -- of $10,000 -- for selling the ticket, according to My Suburban Life.
