Bill Cosby was charged with sexual assault in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania on Wednesday. District Attorney Kevin Steele said his office found evidence that Cosby drugged and digitally penetrated Andrea Constand, a former Temple University employee, at his home in 2004. "In the course of their association, the victim came to consider Mr. Cosby a mentor and a friend," Steele said, adding that Cosby allegedly gave Constand pills and wine, "the effect of which rendered her unable to move." The alleged use of quaaludes led Steele to raise the indecent assault charge to be aggravated, which is a first-degree felony. A warrant has been issued for Cosby's arrest. Constand reported the incident in 2005, which left prosecutors until Jan. 1, 2016 to charge Cosby before the 12-year statute of limitations ran out.
Chicago's mayor and police superintendent will announce Wednesday that every police officer who responds to service calls will be equipped with a Taser and properly trained to use it by June 1, a spokesman for the mayor said. The announcement, scheduled to be made at 2 p.m. CT (3 p.m. ET), will be part of a major overhaul in Chicago Police Department policy, mayor's spokesman Adam Collins said. It comes as Chicago officials scramble to deal with what critics have slammed as a police culture of "shoot first and ask questions later."

It’s being reported that Chicago rapper King Louie has been shot in the head. Sources tell me that this information is accurate, however, Louie is talking and awake. There is a scanner report indicating that Louis Johnson, 27, was shot in the left side of head. Spot News confirms and has shared audio. A representative from his management team said he was “awake and talking.”
Tone P may be a new name to some but to his core fan base over the last few years built by successful tour events this project is way overdue. 13 tracks deep with successful style matching production from "Sold Up Productions, Steven Glover & Johnny Danger" Tone's latest effort "Passion For Money" fits its title well as the seasoned artists sticks to his lyrical guns with reality raps you can smoke to. Support this project on Itunes as well.

Reports say TimBuck2 died from cancer. Before his death, he worked for 107.5 WGCI radio, where he hosted his own mixshow on Saturdays and played an hourlong set during rush hour. But while he was a fixture on Chicago radio for years, he was at first reluctant to take a gig with the station. Before his death, TimBuck2 was also known for showcasing local Chicago acts and for supporting music blogs. "In Chicago, no one ever played Chicago music on the radio and if they did they were the records that people were paying to play, so they were wack." the DJ said in 2012.

1. Introduce yourself and the Brands you run. My name is Devon Brabham. I own and operate American Monster Guild, Inc., American Monster Guild Records and newly established Executive Order. I started American Monster Guild, but the nation knows of it as “AMG’, because of the essential need for independent artists to be developed, guided, and pushed into major success without adhering to the pitfalls of the major labels. I have been an A&R for major companies like Indie Music Factory/Ingrooves/Universal Music, and most recently A&R for Nation Noise, west coast division. My brands have given many artists a chance to earn income, and feed their families and their dreams. We have a strict application process, as I don’t accept any artists with good music. It has been my belief that it takes more than just good music, to become a major artist. With over 33 states around the United States of America and 3 countries screaming American Monster Guild and Executive Order, the country has embraced our vision and movement. I have been approached by several labels to bring my management concept to their companies, but as with everything in life, timing is everything. 2. Tell us how you got started & the inspiration behind it. I started writing artists at the age of 12 years old. I have been underground penning rhymes for some of the world’s best artists. I never wanted to be in the limelight. However, after unfortunate events of my little brother passing five years ago, I believe that this is God’s plan. I started AMG and it spoke to the independent artists. I have been approach by few major artists for affiliation, but I love working with the independent artists. I have traveled the world and continue to look for artists who take their craft as serious as I do. My inspiration is to teach artists how to run their own individual brand the correct, legal way and earn income. I strive to encourage and teach upcoming artists to become legitimate artists and business owners. 3. What’s in your current playlist? My current playlists, consists of Ace Hood, Big Sean, T.I.P., Drake, and Kendrick Lamar. Now, my playlist also has Young VIP, Jay Smoove, Rob Mack, Ec2rx, Explisit and DonWon FromdVille and FlowGod. If you don’t have or know who any of these young starts are get familiar. 4. What advice do you have for other hustlers like yourself? Wow, first off they need to structure their [personal obligations in order to succeed. This industry is not for the faint or weak. There will be a lot of sacrifices and missed fun times, but the payoff is incredible. When an artist’s shows you his royalties and that’s without performing, it makes all of those long nights worth it. Make sure this is truly what you desire. Spend 2 years planning and marketing before you go public, the payoff will be huge. 5. What can we expect from you the rest of this year going into 2016? Major distribution is solidified, scheduling two independent tours (30 states), and some incredible showcases around the country. You can look for AMG to be seen on a lot of major network channels. I’m excited for the 2016, because we have attracted a lot of venues attention, due to AMG packing clubs, and venues consistently since 2013. Appearances at SXSW, And A&R showcases throughout the year. And of course we are releasing some great material for everyone to purchase and support before we come to your city. 6. Where do you see yourself in 3-5 years? Major music executive, AMG artists will become everyone’s favorite independent artists and I will have solidified the major label deal that I have planned and grinded so hard for. When you sleep, you dream in stages, just like success……It comes in stages. Follow His Progress.. www.americanmonsterguild.com

Underground Chicago artist "Yung" releases his second single "Lights" with some interesting visuals. Although a change up from the usual "Drill" sound coming out of Chicago "Yung" style is unique and refreshing. Though Jeremih's long-delayed album Late Nights finally arrived earlier this month, the controversy surrounding its release continues to grow. Jeremih took to Twitter on Sunday to double down on 50 Cent's recent criticism of Def Jam's release strategy for Late Nights, clarifying the remarks and putting the focus on physical album shipments:
Quality Control Music, the Atlanta-based powerhouse indie label, headed up by Kevin “Coach K” Lee and Pierre “Pee” Thomas, have expanded their reach to the Midwest by signing Bellwood native Jayaire Woods to their burgeoning roster. Jayaire joins the likes of Migos, Rich The Kid, OG Maco, Johnny Cinco, Skippa Da Flippa and Jose Guapo on the highly touted label, who’ve made headlines over the past few years for revolutionizing the indie and digital game. Jayaire jumping down with Coach K? Yeah, I’d say he’s in good hands.

Here's what Google Fiber had to say, Today, we’re inviting Chicago and Los Angeles to explore bringing Google Fiber to their cities. As we’ve explored bringing Fiber to other metros across the U.S., we’ve worked to refine our checklist and prepare for building our network in different places. Now, we’re ready to use that same process to work with two of the biggest cities in the country. Home to a combined 6+ million people, Chicago and L.A. are the two largest metros we’ve engaged with to date. And with the help of gigabit Internet, Chicago and L.A. can boost their creative cultures with Internet speed to match their size.
Since the trailer for this movie dropped, it received mixed reviews from fans -- especially from Chi-Raq central, Chicago. But Spike isn't here to hear it. As a matter of fact, he passionately addressed them in a classic Kanye-fashion and broke down why they're wrong.
