An Evanston resident's weekend started off a little greener than usual on Saturday when they discovered 97 pounds worth of packaged marijuana hiding in their neighborhood recycling bin -- valued at approximately $100,000. The unidentified resident, of the 1000 block of Brown Street, called police to report their findings.
