MUSIC NEWS: PRODUCER RAMSAY THE GREAT ARRESTED FOR PIMPING

Weeks after being the target of a violent home invasion allegedly at the hands Chief Keef and another man, Ramsay Tha Great has found himself in his own serious legal debacle.

The Los Angeles Times reports that Ramsay, real name Brandon Christopher Ramsay, was recently arrested, and now faces felony charges of pimping and pandering following an incident at an Anaheim, California motel. He has pleaded not guilty to the charges.

The two women the 24-year-old musician is accused of pimping (ages 18 and 20) were busted by an undercover officer after advertisements of them soliciting commercial sex were discovered. The officer arranged to meet the two at the motel and upon meeting the pair came across multiple calls from Ramsay on one of their phones. Ramsay eventually arrived at the motel’s parking lot and was met by police. He was taken into custody and is now being held on $70,000 bail.

Joiner's Curie squad won last season's Illinois 4A state title and are a threat to repeat. Verge transferred in as a senior and is trying to lead Thornton to won of their best season's in recent memory. The attention of the Chicago basketball world was focused on this rare city (Curie) vs suburban (Thornton) mid-season matchup. The Curie Condors shot lights-out all night and it was too much for Thornton. Moving to 15-2, Senior guard and Tulsa-commit Elijah Joiner finished with 21 points. Walter Long Jr., better known as John Walt and Dinner With John, and co-founder of emergent West Side hip-hop group Pivot Gang, was fatally stabbed on Wednesday in River North.

Long started Pivot Gang in 2012 with MFn Melo and Long’s cousins Joseph Chilliams and Saba, who has since risen to deserved national acclaim.

Kevin Alexander, of the 3000 block of West Fullerton Blvd., was charged with a felony count of first degree murder after being identified as the assailant in the attack, police said.
