“Hello unfortunately I may have lost my submission privileges for making a very bad decision in trying to charge Chicago artist for an opportunity to submit music for this film… This is not the way Spike Lee nor his team operates and I take full responsibility for my bad decision. I am doing everything in my power to fix this problem with Mr Lee and his team so that the artist submissions that I have in my email are not punished for my wrong doings… Please forgive me for my actions and I hope that I can fix this and somehow get your submission to their staff. Again I ask that you forgive my poor decision making!!! Please hold me and only me responsible for this issue what I did was in no way professional and whatever punishment Mr Lee wants to hand down to me I will accept it and ask him to please not hold it against any Chicago artist period!!!

SPORTS: BULLS FIRE TOM THIBODEAU

The Bulls fired coach Tom Thibodeau on Thursday despite two years and roughly $9 million remaining on his deal, with general manager Gar Forman citing a need for "a culture of communication that builds a trust throughout this organization.

NEWS: RISING CHICAGO ARTIST YOUNG PAPPY KILLED

The North Side rapper who was the target of at least two fatal shootings in Rogers Park in recent years was gunned down Friday morning in Uptown, authorities said.

Police have said the rapper was the TARGET of two shootings since 2014 that left innocent bystanders William Lewis, 28, and friend Markeyo Carr, 17, dead.

NEWS: PHOTOS REVEAL MORE ACTIONS OF DISGRACED CHICAGO POLICE OFFICERS

The Chicago Police Department tried to hide this photo in which former Officers Timothy McDermott and Jerome Finnigan hold rifles while posing with an unidentified black suspect wearing antlers. A Cook County judge declined to seal the appalling photo, and the Chicago Sun Times has published it for the first time.

Federal prosecutors gave the photo, believed to be taken between 1999 and 2003, to the Chicago Police Department in 2013. As a result McDermott (right) was fired by the police board in a narrow 5-4 vote. Finnigan had already left the department, as he was sentenced two years prior to 12 years in jail for leading a crew of crooked cops in a string of robberies and home invasions.
